Lemon pepper drumsticks in air fryer is a very easy everyday recipe that we have on the regular in our house. Few simple ingredients and your dinner is ready in under 20 minutes.

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lemon, zested (optional)
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Step: Dry drumsticks with paper towels for crispy skin.
- Step: Mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and lemon zest in a bowl. Coat drumsticks evenly.
- Step: Set air fryer to 380°F.
- Step: Place in air fryer without overcrowding for even cooking.
- Step: Cook 10 minutes, flip, then another 10-15 minutes at 380°F until they reach 165°F internally.
- Step: Rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges for extra zest.
Notes
Store cooked lemon pepper chicken drumsticks in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a couple of minutes or in the microwave for 1 minute or until heated through.
