- 8 medium Tortillas
- 2 cups Enchilada Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and diced onions, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and onions are translucent.
- Step 3: Add minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet and stir for 1 minute to release the fragrance.
- Step 4: Lightly fry each tortilla in a separate skillet for about 10 seconds per side until pliable.
- Step 5: Spoon a portion of the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Step 6: Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas and top with the shredded cheese.
- Step 7: Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
