  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 2 cups Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced beef kielbasa, bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes.
  3. Step 3: Add olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce; toss to coat.
