The easiest and juiciest chicken thighs you will ever have. Super easy to make and loaded with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs bone-in chicken thighs, skin on
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce

Instructions

  1. Step: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Step: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spices, and oil.
  3. Step: Place the chicken on a baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
  4. Step: After 30 minutes, coat the chicken with the bbq sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  5. Step: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Although cooking time will vary based on the size of your chicken, the safe cooking temperature for chicken is 165 degrees F.
