Ingredients

- 2 lbs bone-in chicken thighs, skin on
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
Instructions
- Step: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Step: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spices, and oil.
- Step: Place the chicken on a baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
- Step: After 30 minutes, coat the chicken with the bbq sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
- Step: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Although cooking time will vary based on the size of your chicken, the safe cooking temperature for chicken is 165 degrees F.
