Description

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper, or to taste
  • 1 ½ tsp italian seasoning
  • ¾ tsp ground paprika

Instructions

  1. Step: In a large bowl, mix oil and minced garlic.
  2. Step: Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking dish and coat with the oil mixture on both sides.
  3. Step: Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and paprika.
  4. Step: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the ingredients to marinate.
  5. Step: Transfer the dish to the oven and bake at 400°F for 35-45 minutes. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before removing it from the oven.
