Description
This is a juicy air fryer steak recipe cooked perfectly and quickly in an air fryer. The tender steak is cooked evenly through the middle and tastes delicious.
Ingredients

- 2 Sirloin Steaks (about 1 lb, 1 ½″ Thick)
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Season: Rub each steak with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Place steak in the air fryer basket.
- Cook: Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 7 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes until desired doneness.
- Slice: Transfer steaks to a cutting board and slice against the grain in 1/4″ slices.
Notes
Allow steaks to reach room temperature for even cooking. Medium Rare internal temperature: 120-125 °F. Medium internal temperature: 130-135 °F.
