You’re going to love the ease of these Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos! Perfect for an easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 6 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup cabbage (purple, shredded)
  • 1 avocado (medium, sliced)
  • 1 cup microbial-rennet cotija cheese (crumbled)
  • cilantro (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step: In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with the olive oil to coat.
  2. Step: In a small bowl, stir together the seasonings, then add to the bowl with shrimp. Lightly toss shrimp with seasonings until well coated.
  3. Step: Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes, until shrimp is cooked.
  4. Step: While the shrimp is in the air fryer, in a small bowl, stir together the mayo and hot sauce. Cover and set aside until tacos are assembled.
  5. Step: Once the shrimp is done fill tortillas with shrimp, then add additional desired toppings. Drizzle spicy sriracha sauce over tacos before serving.

Notes

To make this a low carb recipe, skip the tortillas and use lettuce leaves instead. You can also create a taco topping bar to keep the meal unique each time.
