Quick and easy chicken alfredo using sauce from a jar…but SHHH, they’ll think its from scratch!
Ingredients

- 3–4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter, divided
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp minced garlic
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 12 oz pasta
Instructions
- Step: Slice chicken breasts in half if thick and pat them dry.
- Step: Heat a skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Step: Combine paprika and salt in a small bowl; season both sides of chicken with the mixture and black pepper.
- Step: Add olive oil to the pan and swirl to coat.
- Step: Add chicken to the skillet carefully and sear for 4-5 minutes without moving.
- Step: Add 1 tbsp butter to the pan, flip the chicken, and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until done.
- Step: Remove chicken from pan, cover to keep warm, and set aside.
- Step: Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions.
- Step: Return the chicken skillet to medium-low heat, melt 1 tbsp butter, and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Step: Stir in the jar of Alfredo sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to taste.
- Step: Turn heat to low and simmer until pasta is finished.
- Step: Transfer cooked pasta directly into the sauce and toss until coated.
- Step: Slice the cooked chicken and place on top of the plated pasta.

Pairs perfectly with a nice green salad or garlic bread.
