- 32 oz frozen beef meatballs
- 1– 18 oz bottle barbecue sauce (your favorite flavor)
- 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the meatballs into the slow cooker.
- Step 2: Pour the barbecue sauce, hot sauce, diced pineapple, and mustard powder on top.
- Step 3: Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Step 4: Serve as an appetizer or over freshly cooked rice as an entree.
Notes
If serving as an appetizer, use toothpicks. If serving as an entree, serve over rice or with a side salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
