An easy and flavorful Instant Pot chicken dish using Olive Garden Italian salad dressing and parmesan cheese for a rich, savory taste.

- 2–3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups Olive Garden Italian salad dressing
- 1/3 cup microbial-rennet grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Pour one cup of Olive Garden Italian Dressing into the Instant Pot.
- Step 2: Place 2-3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts into the Instant Pot.
- Step 3: Mix remaining 1 cup of Olive Garden Italian Dressing with 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Step 4: Pour dressing/cheese mixture over chicken breasts.
- Step 5: Close lid and move valve to “seal position.” Turn Instant Pot on. Select “pressure cooker” setting and cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Step 6: When timer beeps, allow pressure to natural release for 5 minutes and then quick-release remaining pressure. Remove lid.
- Step 7: Serve with your favorite pasta and vegetables!
Notes
You can use bone-in chicken breasts, thighs, legs, or wings; however, increase the cooking time by a few minutes for bone-in or dark meat. For a milder flavor, substitute 1 cup of chicken broth for 1 cup of salad dressing. You can increase the quantity to 4 or 5 chicken breasts without adding more dressing, as long as they are covered halfway by liquid.
