- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice
- 3 1/2 cups broth
Instructions
- Step: Heat olive oil and butter in skillet or multicooker
- Step: Mix together seasonings and rub into chicken
- Step: Place chicken skin side down in hot pan and sear until browned and crispy, 3-4 minutes
