- 24 ounces smoked beef or turkey kielbasa
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Step: Spray a large 6 quart slow cooker with spray cooking oil.
- Step: Slice the smoked sausage into ½ inch thick rounds and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Step: Add BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and brown sugar. Give everything a good stir, then cover with the slow cooker lid.
- Step: Cook for two hours on low or an hour on high. Then flip to warm until you are ready to serve.
Notes
Use a precooked beef or turkey smoked sausage. This recipe can be doubled in a 6 quart slow cooker, though it may take longer to heat through.
