Busy nights call for easy but delicious meals, and this slow cooker tortellini casserole is packed with simple ingredients the whole family will love. Just toss everything in the Crock Pot, let it cook on low heat, and serve it up with garlic bread for a delicious homemade meal!

- 1 pound ground turkey, cooked and drained
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 23 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 20 ounce bag frozen cheese tortellini
- Pinch of grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Step: Spray the inside of your Crock Pot with some nonstick cooking spray.
- Step: Cook the ground turkey in a skillet and drain the grease.
- Step: Add the turkey to the slow cooker.
- Step: Next, add the minced onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Step: Add the spaghetti sauce, cream cheese, and tortellini and mix until combined.
- Step: Cook for approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours on the low-temperature setting.
- Step: After cooking, mix until the cream cheese is melted. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
Notes
The tortellini will take between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once the cream cheese is melted, stir well before serving. If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of vegetable broth.
