- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Step: In a large crockpot, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix until fully blended.
- Step: Add the chicken thighs and toss them with the mixture to coat both sides completely, ensuring the chicken is skin side up.
- Step: Cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Step: Broil for a few minutes before serving to make the chicken crispier.
Notes
Use chicken thighs to keep the meat tender and moist. To thicken the sauce, mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 1 teaspoon cold water and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
