- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Step 1: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until well combined, then pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Step 3: Add the diced tomatoes and penne pasta on top of the chicken and soup mixture, stirring gently to ensure the pasta is submerged.
- Step 4: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Step 5: Remove the chicken breasts, shred them using two forks, and return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- Step 6: Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley.
