Description
These Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs are packed with flavor! This is such a fast and easy dinner, the perfect dump and go recipe. The gravy gets a perfect flavor from the beef broth and packets of seasoning and the flavors from the meatballs as well. These served over a yummy bed of mashed potatoes or egg noodles makes the best dinner ever!

- 1 bag frozen beef meatballs (26oz)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Step: Spray the inside of the slow cooker insert with non stick cooking spray, dump the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Step: In a small bowl combine the beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, mix together.
- Step: Pour all over the meatballs and stir to coat.
- Step: Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Step: Make sure to stir every so often.
- Step: When it’s done cooking mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir.
- Step: Pour onto the meatballs and stir until everything is mixed together.
- Step: Serve the meatballs over a yummy bed of mashed potatoes or egg noodles!
Notes
Chopped parsley on top is optional. For a complete meal, consider adding a side of steamed vegetables like green beans or broccoli.
