Description
These crockpot orange meatballs have an Asian flavor made with yellow mustard, orange marmalade, Sriracha, and rice vinegar. This combination creates a mildly spicy, sweet and sour sauce perfect for appetizers or a dinner served over rice.

- 24 oz frozen chicken, beef, or turkey meatballs
- 18 oz orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup Sriracha sauce (or soy sauce)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
Instructions
- Step: Add frozen meatballs, orange marmalade, yellow mustard, rice vinegar and Sriracha sauce to your slow cooker.
- Step: Cook on high for 1 hour or until sauce is bubbling.
- Step: Stir and then set to warm to serve.
- Step: Add optional garlic and ginger before serving, if desired.
Notes
To speed up the process, cook on the stove in a large pot on high for about 10 minutes and then transfer to a crockpot to keep warm. For a full dinner, serve over white rice.
