  • 150g (5⅓oz) Cream Cheese, Softened: Harissa swirl base.
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Harissa Paste (Halal-Certified): Spicy flavor.
  • 1 tsp (5g) Honey: Balances spice.
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Fresh Chives, Finely Chopped: Garnish.
  • 1 tsp (5g) Toasted Sesame Seeds: Garnish.
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste: Seasoning.
  • 1 Additional Egg, Lightly Beaten: Egg wash.

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter.
  2. Form Dough: Add milk and egg, mix, chill for 30 minutes.
