- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
Instructions
- Step: Marinate your chicken thighs in a blend of soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Step: Whisk together the remaining sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Step: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, then remove.
- Step: Sauté the onion, red and yellow bell peppers, garlic, and ginger in the same skillet until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step: Combine cooked chicken back into the pan, pour your prepared sauce over, and let simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step: Serve hot over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
