Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons alcohol-free dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Marinate: Add all ingredients to a gallon ziploc bag. Squeeze out excess air and zip closed. Lay flat, spreading the marinade inside the bag so that it’s distributed evenly around the chicken thighs. Let marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Preheat: Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Grill: Oil the grill grates to prevent the chicken from sticking. Place your marinated chicken on the grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes, flip, and grill other side for 4-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
For the best flavor, marinate for several hours or overnight. Ensure the thickest part of the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
