Description
Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake is cheesy heaven with the Ricotta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Each bite is creamy and delicious!
Ingredients

- 1 box (16 ounces) Penne pasta
- 2 jars (15 ounces, each) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 container (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Step: Boil Penne pasta, in a large pot of water until al dente, according to package directions. Drain water, and then return pasta to pot.
- Step: Add all the remaining ingredients, except for the mozzarella cheese. Stir together to combine.
- Step: Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish; spreading out evenly.
- Step: Sprinkle the top evenly with Mozzarella cheese.
- Step: Bake at 350 degrees F., uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
The recipe calls for two jars of Alfredo Sauce. You may use about one and a half jars and save the rest for another use.
