  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Step: Cook the noodles in a large pot with salted water until al dente and drain.
  2. Step: Heat the olive oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Step: Add the ground beef and brown well; season with paprika powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Step: Add the chopped parsley to the ground beef and mix well; remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Step: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, pressed garlic clove, lemon juice, and salt; set aside.
  6. Step: Add the cooked noodles to the ground beef pan and mix well to combine flavors.
  7. Step: Plate a portion of the noodles and generously top with the yogurt sauce.
  8. Step: Decorate with fresh mint leaves and a touch of paprika powder.

Notes

Use fresh herbs like parsley or mint to intensify the flavor. For extra heat, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
