Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cubes

Instructions

  1. Step: Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Step: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, diced cucumber, and mozzarella cubes.
  3. Step: Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Notes
