- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each), skin-on or skinless
- 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs flavor
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Step: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step: Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Step: In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil; stir until smooth.
- Step: Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Step: Place salmon in the baking dish skin-side down. Spoon the Boursin mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Step: Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Step: Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
