- 1/4 cup fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 large clove of garlic, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and taste test. Adjust seasoning.
- Step 2: Serve with additional fresh dill fronds as garnish.
